Refund Policy

You are our priority, so we keep our Return Policy very simple!

If you are unhappy with your order because of any reasonable quality issue (damage), we prioritize making things right. We'll elevate your replacement to the head of the order line and reproduce and reship it to you at no additional cost.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. You can send us an email at support@oenart.com or use our chat feature to inform us of your decision. However, please be aware that return charges will not be covered unless there is a valid reason for the return.

If you receive a damaged product, it's essential to notify us within 30 days from the delivery date. Please send an email to support@oenart.com, including pictures of the damaged items. We'll promptly ship out a replacement if available. In cases where a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

We are unable to offer you a refund if you:

- Entered the incorrect address/insufficient address. - Have a dead package/mail because you did not pick up your package from your post office/parcel locker etc. - Did not receive your kit when you expected it (e.g., for a gift) because we have no control over the shipping times. Custom clearings and delayed logistics play a huge part in overall shipping time.

If the product is damaged or has quality issues, we require proof of the quality issue (Please send us an email with photos confirming poor performance, Quality or damaged Kit). Please note that the photo proof is used for documentation, quality management purposes, and quality assurance reasons to continue improving our products.

Returns for Personal Preferences:

Should you wish to return an item for reasons not related to a defect, incorrect shipment, or any reason that isn't tied to the product's quality or the state of its delivery (e.g., personal preference), please note the following:

- A return fee of $9 USD will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and processing.

- The customer is responsible for this return fee, and it will be automatically deducted from the final refund amount. It is essential to reach out to our customer service team before initiating such returns to ensure smooth processing.

Once the Return case is accepted and confirmed, you will receive a Return label by email - PDF Form - you need to print it and handle the package to the nearest post office.

In case of a refund, please allow 3 to 5 days to receive the fund in your bank account.
